Antimatter was formed in 1998 by former Anathema luminary Duncan Patterson and long time friend Michael Moss. The debut album 'Saviour' was recorded in 2000 yet didn't see a worldwide release until 2002. A live acoustic recording 'Live@K13' was released following a short european tour in 2002. 2003 saw the release of the band's second studio album 'Lights Out', followed by an American tour and dates in southern Europe, France and Estonia. 2005 will see the bands third studio album 'Planetary Confinement' released through Prophecy Productions and The End Records. Duncan has since quit the band and is concentrating on another project Íon. Mick is continuing under the name Antimatter, and his new album 'Leaving Eden' is scheduled for release in 2007.
